All week I kept saying I can't wait to blow my trainers mind. Here's why (keep in mind the scale there is 3pounds higher than mine at home bc at home i dont wear clothes. i tested it today. i weighed myself right before i went there. obviously i couldn't of gained 3lbs on my drive to the gym lol): wk 1 I weighed in at 241. Wk 3 242. Obviously I went up a pound. I was pissed.I said what the Fuck am I doing!? So I kicked it into high gear. This is wk 6 (3wks since last weigh in)... I stepped onto the scale in front of her, she was looking at my sheet then looked at the scale. Had a confused look. Then she looked back at the sheet then the scale. Her jaw dropped and said holy shit! 9 pounds in 3 wks! She gave me a high five then said she was proud. she then took my measurements and said i had even lost inches everywhere! When everyone weighed in she told the whole class my success. =) she just kept saying she couldn't believe it and cheered me on. I almost cried at how well I did. It's only going to get better. Let's blow her mind again 3wks from now. Lol

Also, she said I was the biggest loser so then I asked if that ment I got immunity? Lmao u know me and my smart mouth. Lol

today we also did the challenge we did on week one to see of our time has improved. we did the mile on the treadmill, the mile on the paycor, (we were suppose to do 5miles on the bike to compare to lasts weeks but they were all taken) then 20floors on the star master. i cut 3min off of my time from before! i actually jogged on the treadmill this time too! go me and my awesomeness!

thank you both and everyone else on here for being so supportive. today more than ever I am surrounded by those who are by my side even those who I only known for the past 2months! I love it. update another pound gone! that's 10 now! two more to reach my first goal! I still keep picturing my trainers shocked face. lol it makes me smile and keep working hard to achieve the fight with this battle. yesterday there was a pot luck at work. I had fruit, veggies, only half cut of mac.salad and a small piece of bread. I skipped all the cheese cakes, chili's, ect. I wasn't even tempted! today my team leader is throwing a party for us at lunch and will buying pizza and salad. I will allow my self a slice bc now I know I can handle my portions and be satisfied without going overboard. I love it!

I have wanted this for you for a long time now, because you are a beautiful, heart-warming person and you deserve to be happy and healthy, just because of the person you are inside.

I hope this continues to work out for you.

Keep smiling that lovely smile and GOOD LUCK.

I am very proud of you and I hope this helps to keep the strength in your relationship too :).

thank you!

I had three slices of pizza today but i did have a salad at home and a meal replacement protein shake after my workout. Since i had three slices, when we had our class today (i like to call it boot camp Friday!) i went all in! once again we went outside! We jogged laps around the building(i was ahead of the pack!), lunges fwds and bkwds, suicides(which was awesome bc there was only one guy that showed up today and he looked like a runner, i some how kept up with him!), push ups, shoulder tap planks, line jumps back and forth and side to side, we sat in a chair position against the wall and passed the ball to one another, squats, shuffles....I think that was it for the last hr. Lol (i forgot to mention that class today was only about 8 people because they were fearful to be challenged as much as we were last Friday. lol hey, I'm paying for this in more ways than one, and all this will do is help make me healthier. wouldn't you want the challenge?)

I am determined to take care of this body and become my own success story! I want to be a rodel for my loved ones so they too will find the strength inside them to make a change. Not to mention I want to fit back into that little black sequence dress I wore 4yrs ago. Once I do, all my girls are goin clubbin to celebrate! I am planning to get there by the end of this summer. I will make it happen!

my relationship...i really hope that my boyfriend will see what i am doing and see how i am transforming and will start to get involved with me. i want nothing more than for him to be healthy too. it would be nice to do it along side one another but that will be his decision. He has never really been the out doors or gym type, but i hope that since he sees how my life style is changing and changing for the good, he will try to show interest in what i do as well.

i know it will be easier for him to control his diabetes and seeing how bad of health his dad is, i really hope its a wake up call for him. i have noticed him eat better when we have gone out together and i am so proud of him for making that first step. :D

Lol that made me feel so good. While I was the only one actually finishing strong with the lunges, I over heard her tell the fit team about my weight loss and how I always give a 100% and push myself to the limit. It felt awesome to he bragged about. I had to flip the huge ass tires, do plank crawls under the benches of picnic tables, Indian run, knee high runs, run laps carrying a tire, lunges, jump squats...need I go on? Lol one of the women in the class told me I'm her inspiration. It's an amazing feeling to be the one inspiring others vs. the one looking for the inspiration. I couldn't feel anymore on top of the world then I do right now!

I'm so happy for you! You are likely being watched by more people than just one woman who has admitted it... you are probably a role model for people you haven't even thought of yet :) Oh yeah, and flipping tires IS FUCKIN AWESOME!!!

I'm really happy for you Christina, because you are the sort of person who deserves to know what real inner happiness is like and it's about finding more of the person you always have been, which you are doing.

I want you to start to appreciate exactly who you are and what it can mean, now that you know more about yourself as a person as I think you are someone who has always had the ability to make your body look as good as your face.

You're a beautiful person with a heart to match Christina and I feel so elated for you, because you've come so far from that confused person crying in the shower, to the person you are now; coming from a nadir state to a zenith state and this is not just about your long term future, but about proving those negative people you've come across in your life wrong and this is something to be truly proud of, that finally you can find a way to give yourself more human value and worth.

I can feel in some small way how you feel, because you have never ever emoted from anywhere else but the heart and I have always appreciated how it must have been difficult for you at times, to have wondered why you couldn't make things better and couldn't make the right things for you, become an entrenched part of your life, as opposed to attitudes and actions that yo-yo'd and didn't remain consistent.

Now I think you finally get so much of what it means and takes, to consistently achieve the moments that lead up to the end goal and I think you are finally maturing your attitude to your life, in the way(s) that seemingly looked difficult to do in the past.

I am sending you a BIG HUG misses and I am VERY PROUD OF YOU, because I have never stopped believing that one day you would start to get what you deserve, by being able to work out how to get it and how to stay the distance.

WELL DONE Christina, truly WELL DONE. You are a pretty amazing young Lady who is becoming more amazing and more beautiful by the day and I hope you feel more beautiful inside yourself these days, because people like you who have what it takes to be so, deserve to feel that way.

So keep sticking at it and don't stop caring about yourself 100%, because this is just part of hopefully a very long road in life, where you experience the feelings you are able to give to others and I hope you will one day soon, be able to use your sometimes frustrating past and your current and future achievements, as a way to teach and educate others, because that's something that could give your life even more meaning.

You WILL make your hopes and dreams come true and you WILL succeed, because you DO have what it takes and you ARE capable and my 10,000% belief will continue to be yours for as long as you want it, so chin up, keep smiling that incredibly touching smile and most importantly, KEEP BELIEVING in yourself, because you ARE worth so much and you are capable of becoming a really special person to this world and I don't ever want you to forget that which you are and CAN become okay :).

We are are pushing and pulling for you sweetheart and we are all truly proud of you :)

GOOD LUCK and best wishes :)

i am looking for some advice. summer is here which means parties and going out every weekend. i need some tips on how to stay on track. does anyone out there have past experiences on how they over came temptation at events? the past two weekends have been hard. i gained a couple pounds then loose it during the week then gain then loose it. with this weekend coming up and a weigh in coming up on Wednesday of next week, i don't want to go off track.

i need help in developing new habits for times such as these.

i don't have any real suggestions i think most of us struggle when going out to eat and eating healthy. It's definitely hard to make the right choices in social situations. But like i heard once on hear, nothing tastes as good as feeling fit feels. Maybe try to plan ahead before you go and decide what you are going to eat and drink, even bring your food with if possible and just eat that?? I think everyone that knows you well knows how you've sturggled with losing weight so they should understand if you don't eat what they are eating. Good Luck!
