Plus, you are really, really pretty and think about this if you want motivation - the more fat you lose the hotter you will be and since you are already pretty you'll only get sexier. How's that? Me I'm ugly and even if I lose more weight, I'll still be ugly - but you will be smokin' hot, sista.

Woke up this morning feeling like crap. Yesterday the pain in my knee came back full throttle. I have a feelings its because I ended up running to my car while at the gym the other day. The Hard impact on my knee must have given it a rough time. I have it propped up right now. Going to take some Ibu. in a few minutes. My daughter comes into my room at 6:45 am and I am just soooo beat from getting up this early all the time. My tummy hurts.
What I had to eat yesterday: bowl of Cheerios with my daughter, clam chowder (low Sodium) for lunch, Snacked on a slice of cheese, some sausage slices, and olives for dinner. (Was too lazy to cook and I havn't been feeling all that great the last two days)
I am going to cook eggs with fresh mushrooms this morning for my daughter and myself. If the weather stays fair I am going to take her to the park and take the walk down to the water.
Tonight I get an hour with a trainer and I'm going to write down what parts of my body I want to work on and get a proper demonstration of how to use the machines.
