im 135 lbs and i want to lose 25 lbs and more also i want to gain muscles.... im not in a hurry to lose weight and get slim and tone body i have all my life to worked for it... i just need some motivation and some advice... i have difficulty with my diets. im a student and im not rich so i can't buy all expensive healthy foods, hope there are alternatives in diet food which is also healthy.
