Diet
Breakfast:
Oats/rasins with low fat milk
Lunch:
Beans/bread or chicken salad
Dinner:
Stir fry veg + sweet potato + grilled salmon or chicken (in a george forman)
I think the most inportant think ive learned is cooking can be fun when you experiment, and also alot nicer then a take out, i posted a photo of one of my dinners on facebook and got loads of people saying how nice it looked, and it only took about 12 mins to make.

And ofcourse LOTS of water.
Snacks:
Mainly fruit (frozen grapes
Exercise
I go to university 3 days a week and work 3 days a week, so on the days i am at university i will then go and do a hour of cardio at the uni gym afterwards. And the days were i have to work i cycle to and from work, takes about 20 mins each way. Also as i work in retail it means im on my feet for 9 hours at work so that can only help
I then do weights 3-4 times a week focusing on different muscle group. I have a good app on my iphone that i can plan all my exercises on.
Im just a normal guy who is carrying around a bit of a beer belly and hope to tone up for the summer
Any help or anything you think i could change is more then welcome.
