Hi there
Ive been working out quite intense for the last couple of years, eating healthy and training 5 days a week.
For around 5 months now ive been recording workouts in a pad, Ive been writing down the exercise, number of reps for that set and the amount of sets, but it has become quite tatty and scruffy because of the wear and tear in the gym.
I was just wondering if anyone knew of any workout books which showed grids to put the weight reps sets exercise extra with maybe key information to fitness in the back of it which could aid workouts. Has this every been done and if so could someone help be out, that would be much appreciated.
