Alright guys, let's keep it simple:

Push:
Bench 3x5
OHP 3x5
Incline Bench 3x10
DB Lat Raises 3x10
Cable Pushdowns 3x10
Tricep Extensions 3x10

Pull:
Deadlift 1x5
Pendlay Rows 3x5
Lat Pulldowns 3x10
Face-pulls 3x10
DB Seated Incline Curls 3x10
DB Hammer Curls 3x10

Legs:
Squats 4x5
RLDL 3x10
Leg Press 3x10
Laying Leg Curls 3x10
Calf Raises 3x10
Ab Rollouts 3x10
