Incline Bench 3x10
DB Lat Raises 3x10
Cable Pushdowns 3x10
Tricep Extensions 3x10

Deadlift 1x5
Pendlay Rows 3x5
Lat Pulldowns 3x10
Face-pulls 3x10
DB Seated Incline Curls 3x10
DB Hammer Curls 3x10

Squats 4x5
RLDL 3x10
Leg Press 3x10
Laying Leg Curls 3x10
Calf Raises 3x10
Ab Rollouts 3x10
