Yes and with a clean "bulk" after we can stay lean and pack some mass and strength particularly in my case :) Since I'm around 20% cutting it to 10% Would get 16 pounds of useless fat out of me and I would be able to compete in a much lower bracket and have some even sexier defined monster muscles lol

Well this is just freaking great. I have been having a small pain on the left side of my chest for about 3 weeks now and I think I have either torn it or severely pulled it. It hurts to do just about anything that would require the help of the left side of my chest. I did do deadlifts 295lbs, 10x3, but when I went to go do bench I got the first set of 260lbs, 1x5 in but then on the next set I got a spotter for the next set and then it felt like my pec exploded. I tried to do chins about 5 minutes later but even those hurt. I don't know what to do now...

My chest now only hurts if I use the area around the muscle or the muscle itself in my movement. I am wondering if it would be okay just to do a ton of squats, deads, and curls because I think those are the only exercises I can do.

if you'd torm it it would be all sorts of colors and you'd be in diabolicable pain....i've never had one but have read of those that have and that's how they decribe it...maybe just a slight strain but it's aleays good to rest the benching..get those rows and pull ups in order

Yeah I think on wednesday I am going to do some rows, squats, deads, and any other exercise that doesn't cause pains.

10 sprints.

These are kinda weird to do when you only pump one arm.

Okay today was like a test to see what I could do.

Squats

315lbs, 10x3

Deadlifts

225lbs, 1x1, 315lbs, 1x2, 365lbs, 1x1, I did this just for fun.

T-Bar Rows

190lbs, 3x3

Seated Cable Rows

200lbs, 4x6, 225lbs, 3x5,4,4

Curls

40lbs, 1x12

Bent over db rows standing

70lbs, 1x12

Tricep Pushdowns

180lbs, 1x6, these kinda started to hurt my chest a little bit.

Hamstring Curl

150lbs, 4x6

I found out I can't do chins, pullups, pulldowns, powercleans, I could do any leg exercise fine and rows and deads a lot of stuff though I can't do.

well with all the stuff you can't do you'll probably need a 3 day a week program or even better 2 workouts with 3 different set/rep schemes rotated through (in the article when i do it)

10 sprints. Mowed the lawn.

I'm going to orientation tomorrow and I won't be back until tuesday evening so I won't be able to log but I'm just going to give me CNS a rest and do absolutely nothing and try to eat as clean as possible.

Okay so life/lifting/women update.

Life - I just got back from orientation and now I am so excited! There are a lot of really pretty girls there, especially in my Kinesiology class. There is one girl who is doing exactly what I'm doing, majoring in Kinesiology and minoring in Nutrition and then wanting to become a PT. If I keep up on this site through college, which I plan to, I will be glad to share any sort of knowledge I gain through my studies in these classes :D

Lifting - I wasn't able to do any sort of training while there but that was good. I gave my CNS a well deserved rest, now that nagging cold I had is gone. My chest actually fells about 80%, it doesn't hurt to stretch and I was able to do 6 BW chins when I got home before it started to hurt at all. I'm still going to lay off direct chest exercises but in like 2 weeks I could be able to do chins and pull ups.

Women - Holy shit I have never seen more fine ass girls in my life in one area. There are 67% women at my school and 33% men :D Oh and that girl I mentioned that is doing exactly what I'm doing, me and her started to talk and she gave me her number and this girl has the most amazing body I think I have ever seen. Good. God.

The only thing I'm nervous about is there was kind of a rumor going around that for some tests in Kinesiology you have to do some stuff like tread water for an hour and stuff.

I will go lift tomorrow but I would really like some advice on what I should be doing right now.

EDIT: I forgot to mention how much my nutrition suffered. Fatty foods, stayed away from trans fats but we walked around a lot and thats it. I couldn't eat breakfast because it was so early and we were out so late I just skipped it to get some rest.
