Well I mean I'm going to get my diet back on track of course but I'm just concerned about to do in the gym.

I was thinking about doing an A/B session like this 3x a week.
Workout A
Deadlift 10x3
Squats 5x5
Row Variation 4x6
Curls 3x12
Some ab exercise, can't be planks that hurts my chest.
