Should have thought of that before: do barbell complexes for conditioning.
Example: power clean-front squat-anderson press-backsquat-anderson press- bent over row, in succession. One complex=1 rep. Use light weight, a few of these will get the heart rate up and they are great for conditioning.
Or add a day of EDT training in, it's a good way to hit target areas you want to improve (biceps, triceps, calves, abs etc.) without sacrificing your strength program.

damn there goes good excercising idea......

Got it, pic someone your own weight and piggy back him every other day from class to class. low impact cardio with high intensity and great for the legs and core! LOL
