Today still had work to do to close the camper, but went to the gym in the afternoon today. Rainy day

Hip Abductions - 3 x 12 70 lbs
Hip Adductions - 3 x 12 65 lbs
Single Arm Rows - 3 x 10 35 lbs
Combo Shoulder Press/Squat - 2 x 10 (15 lb DB's)
2 x 10 Sumo Squats
Lat Pull Downs 2 x 8 70 lbs
4 Chin ups - 12 assist
20 Walking Lunges
Stretching and done....didn't want to push myself today so went easy - no deads, no weighted squats. Swanso says not to do bench presses or incline presses (I wanted to do them!) because of my rotator cuff. It really does hurt, but not when I do those exercises...I get so confused

My neck is still stiff a little, but my tummy seems ok

All in all a good day!
