I'm curious... what so good about steak?? especially medium“raw” ones..

I don’t eat it often… Maybe once in awhile... I usually get it almost well done.
But I see people be eating like the red meat kind of thing!!! :?

I don't mind a little pink in the middle, but don't want it moo-ing at me. She cut it in strips, and marinated it in something, came out very tender. Package said 21g Protein in 4 oz. of the steak. Woot woot.

Ohhhhhh....hello Nokie. How are you?

OK, you guys are making me hungry - I have had the flu for two days and haven't eaten since breakfast yesterday  I seem to be getting appetite back, but I probably shouldn't start out with steak  Good to have you back, Will :)

Sat. 12-25-10

Woke up sick, opened a few gifts with stepson, and his GF, as they had to leave by 9am. I went back to bed and slept until 12……ugh!!! No workout.

Sun. 12-26-10

E5—WU
Deads—135/12,12 205/6,6,6 Taking time with these, as hip doesn’t like ‘em.
Incline Push-up—BW/15,13,8 Feet up on bench
Pull-up—BW/5,4,3
Upright Row (medium grip) 65/11,8,9
Seated Wide Grip Row—95/9,7,6
Barbell Lunges—45/10,7,4

Ever have the feeling your muscle is going to tear in half? I got that during lunges, so didn’t push too hard. Overall good workout, had to really push to beat reps from last time. Sore on Monday....thats a good thing.....
