As long as you have the confidence that you can stay up - if you think you are going to fall, you will :D Will is right, there are so many factors that have to come together to get out of the water, and a lot of it comes down to the power of the boat and the person doing the driving, not just the skill of the skier! Oh, man, Will, now you got me thinking about this all day

Yes, he is just a youngster - only 44 (4 yrs. younger than me  ) and it is so funny because he is not an athlete, doesn't work out or anything, but once a year he gets to ski, and goes all out, shows off for me - then the next two days he is in agony - so sore he can barely walk - course then I have to massage his muscles - all the while, ooo'ng and aww'ng over how incredible he looks on those skis and how impressed I was with him! It's a win win, if ya know what I mean - 8)

Haha....Lynne that rocks. Love how you think. Sorry Joc, should live closer we'd take ya skiing. Totally true about the driver, boat can be loaded with power, but if its not applied properly, it can make for a terrible time. I heard some horror stories of wedgies to China.......

Lynne, admitting she has a toy boy husband. Now we know another reason why you maintain your youthful looks. Clearly toy boy husbands are not that stressful to be married too

Sooooooo funny Lynne, you go for it......I love it.

Les--Yea, the boys were all about the kneeboard until the wakeboard came along....now its all the rage. My youngest one was looking at the kneeboard the other day, but didn't ask to go on it (he's 6) He got on it some last year, but hasn't yet this year. Youch on the tubing flip, that sounds baaaaad. Always a little tense moment when someone flips or faceplants, making sure everything works the way its supposed to. First time I went on the kneeboard, I had never seen it done, and thought you had to strap yourself in BEFORE getting into the water.....huh...NOT, I flopped off the back of the boat, and went right upside down in the water, kneeboard float'n, and me sinking.....not a good way to start.......

LOL! OK, Lynne, now I don't feel so bad (even though the age gap with the guy I am seeing is a little larger than you and your husband).
