Woke up sick, opened a few gifts with my stepson, and his GF, as they had to leave by 9am. I went back to bed and slept until 12……ugh!!! No workout.

Ever have the feeling your muscle is going to tear in half? I got that during my lunges, so didn’t push too hard. Overall good workout, had to really push to beat my reps from last time. Sore on Monday....thats a good thing.....
