Now setting my sights on a race the 1st weekend of December - hope to take another minute off my time and get in medal territory!! I'm so close!

I get up at 5:30 and make a tall glass of iced green tea, that wakes me up. I am on my second one by the time i get to work at 8:30. If I run or workout before work, I will drink a protein shake, or a glass of choc. soymilk, maybe half a banana afterwards. But if I don't run or workout before work then I don't eat until about 9:30 or 10. I'll eat an apple w/pb, or a greek yogurt w/fruit.
