Monday's workout:
7.5 mile run. Just stepped out my door and took off, no real plan or route. Just ran. It started out good, but after about 3 miles it was a real struggle to keep going. I felt tired and even a little bored - yes you heard it from me
Need to get back in the gym for some cross training, strength workouts - I miss those.
Still have the 1/2 marathon goal in mind, plus I'm thinking about a few triathlons in the spring...
