OMG! So sorry the flu or whatever got you! But don't worry about the gym, you are in great shape and will bounce back as soon as your body says it's ok - don't push. My hubby is sick too - fortunately it hasn't bit me (yet!) I'm going to go back and reveiw your workouts and see if I can steal a few ideas, I need something new - ok with you I hope?
