You are totally committed to fitness - it should come to as naturally as the air you breathe. Good luck! :)

Todays workout

HIIT elliptical..resistance level 8

3 intervals 30 sec/90 sec
5 mins @ 2.8
20 mins SS @ 4.5 ish..heart rate never made an appearance on the screen..

Forgot how taxing the elliptical can be, had a great workout.Waist is now at 26 inches s ( I measure 1 " above belly button ) So begs the question, what does one do AFTER they have burnt the fat off their body ? Do you enter some sort of maintenance stage ? After my course I can probably answer most of my own questions, but I am curious. Not sure what percentage of body fat is left, because I can't afford to have a test done.Think most of that stuff on my lower abs is skin now, sigh.Next month is my one year anniversary on shapefit, time flies by.My course says wear comfy clothes & bring snacks..SNACKS ? My sons said he is SURE that no one else will be bringing as much food as I do, in fact I need find a bigger cooler, lot of meals between 9:30 am & 5:30 pm.Hope they don't mind me stuffing my face a few times during the day ?..

Forgot is was seniors hour at 9 am .. So missed out on my sup bent rows & shoulder & ABS ..will do abs after todays cardio.Yesterday someone asked me where I used to compete ?..When I told him I've only been doing this since last july, he said " It must be genetic then " He is about the 6th person to say that, the more fat I lose, the more I'm starting to have a physique like cassie's muscle, which is freakin awesome, sometimes its hard to believe its really me I'm looking at in the mirror. When I started this journey I had seen a picture of a fitness model on the shapefit page & thought, thats what I want to look like & I'm almost there.Wish I knew how to tell if its fat left on the bottom abs or skin, I can still pinch an inch of it so I'm guessing fat.I realize I probably sound like I'm shooting for perfection, though when you get to this stage, even a small amount of fat feels uncomfortable, I still want to be healthy also.Had myself referred back out to that sports clinic to make sure my knee & shin are not overly damaged.Hopefully after I take my weights module I can be more careful with my lifting :) Have a great weekend everyone !

Lol..it is definatly a building process, on the levels, I still recall the first month or so I started using that machine, it was like legs of fire  On the flip side though when you first start to run or jog, its like shins of fire.

I am in shock, today I needed some 10 lb plates, looked around for a min, then seen some on a bar & NO ONE was there, so I took them off..about 5 mins later, a guy starts freakin on me about taking the plates, how he almost injured himself bla bla ..calling me a stuck up bitch etc, for not apologizing..I let it go, went back to my workout.I came back from the washroom to discover he had unloaded some plates on ONE side of my step ups, when I confronted him he said " well then don't go to the washroom " ..I told him if he wanted someone to know he is at a station, leave a towel or something , I'm not a mind reader. such a rude man, he was so up in my face he was spitting all over me.He was complaining about having no feeling in one of his hands, I told him if he doesn't get out of my face he will have no feeling in his face either.Staff came up to talk to him, no one said anything to me, though on my way out, I left a message for the program person to contact me, who knows what this crazy person will do with my plates in the future, I've no time for MORE injuries.Anywho that is how my day has gone thus far, loving the oatmeal day. Dead lifts I raised, soon will be 2 x 45 lb plates ! Step ups back up also, hope everyone is good :)

 You tell him

But in all seriousness, I really hope you don't continue to have problems with him, he sounds like he has a short fuse!
