It would be great if your mental health unit would be able to provide people that have mental health problems as volunteers. Is that what you meant? People with mental health problems are a great group to work with though for personal training i think if that would be possible. A lot of times they have a high percentage of obesity. :)

Yeah I am a client of that mental health unit since 1998 myself ;) So I'm more than up to helping them feel better & can relate to where they are at :)

Todays workout

HIIT ellitical level 8
20 mins
SS 10 mins

It occurred to me today that before I look for a job in a gym I SHOULD learn how to instruct people on the cardio machines...since there was a class being taken around by saturdays trainer to show all the women HOW to use them.I have no clue about stair steppers, or the programs really on ANY machines, I use manual only.

Forgot you were on the old Creatine. How's that been working out, or have the results been pissy?

Old creatine ? Actually I stopped taking creatine at the end of september, so unless there is residual in my body still this is all my own power. Not sure how fast it leaves the body.It is hard to say whether is was useful or not, I SEE a lot of muscle in my legs now, but I'm not sure if its because the muscle is increasing or because the body fat is still decreasing.

When I said old Creatine, I just was using a figure of speech. The same kind of phrasing as you old devil, or you old son of a gun. Didn't mean to confuse you :).

Finally some progress..

weigh in 109.4

1/2 inch GAIN on my quads..
1/2 inch LOSS on that problem ab area !
& almost one lb gain in weight.Went back to weighing myself on hump day.

When I do my planks I can actually SEE the fat that is left, scrape it off & all together probably not much more than 1 or 2 lbs.The V is starting to come at the bottom.

Todays Workout

Chin ups ( tried my best for 30 but alas my muscles didn't agree )
1 x 10/10/8
with
Split squats
3 x 8 x 120 lb

Back extension
3 x 10 x 25 lb
with
Chest press on ball
3 x 10 x 22.5 lb

Bent row w dumbells
3 x 10 x 30 lb
with
shoulder press on ball
2 x 10 x 20 lb
1 x 9 x 20 lb

Hamstrings on the ball one leg
3 x 10

Ab roll outs with ball
3 x 10

At this point I realized I'd forgotten ONCE again about my arms...I'm wondering if its even necessary for me to do isolation work, seems a waste of time really.

Tricep kickbacks
2 x 10 x 17.5 lb

Bicep
2 x 10 x 20 lb

Oh yeah think I gained 1/4 inch on my arms also, as if they needed that.Sometimes I think they are to big, but not much I can do when I use them to lift my whole body weight.Sunny beauty of a day here, cheers everyone !!

Though your skin is probably fabulous,When I look down I think to myself OMG should I hide in a dark closet to be doing these ?..because of the skin, side planks same issue BUT then I think, well I have good health, beautiful muscle structure, can't have everything, after tanning for 30 years, smoking, weight gain & loss a few times, so two out of three isn't bad :) Keep going allison you are doing great ! :)

You're complaining about that? That's good, embrace it and stop acting like an 8 year old

Some people, always have to be perfectionists :P :P :P.

There could very well be some people that read your comment, look at your body and want to spew, thinking damn I wish I was her, the lucky bleep bleep bleep
