Elliptical...resistance level 8...5 + mph...20 minutes.
No double workout today, was transfusion day.So I tacked the cardiovascular on to the workout.I had two persons ask me how much I charge.The one lady has been around as long as I have or longer in that gym.She says she loves the fact that I am the testosterone representative for females

Gotta love that, seriously I hog that cage & everyone knows it.Though I do let people work in if need be.Thanks to swanso I ate a whole cup of oatmeal for breakfast & OMG no stomach growling mid workout & TONS of energy..YESSS.Hope everyone had a good day
