Five sets later... found a solution to the hip thrust bar issue.Used some step plastic things, not high enough, added wooden calf raise things, keep falling over...THEN an aha moment, the open end of the dairyland plastic boxes, perfect height !! Finally a useful contribution from the dairy companies![]()
