Have some soup and watch old movies. That's what the monster always did for me (:

Glad that you are feeling better! Take it easy at the gym, don't pull anything! Enjoy it!

Yeah, had my boots on, all ready to go & then had to admit to myself, that indeed I'm not well yet, the nausea gave it away : ( So I'm in a bit of bad mood, cos I'm watching my body become devoid of defintion daily  Anyway hope u all have a good weekend :)

Don't worry Bonnie, a week or two off from working out is not going to have a lasting or even noticeable effect on your definition. You just need to get well, completely - the gym will wait...and your fabulous muscles will still be there! :D

OMG! So sorry the flu or whatever got you! But don't worry about the gym, you are in great shape and will bounce back as soon as your body says it's ok - don't push. My hubby is sick too - fortunately it hasn't bit me (yet!) I'm going to go back and reveiw your workouts and see if I can steal a few ideas, I need something new - ok with you I hope? :):)

Take care of yourself! Rattle in the chest isn't something to play around with.....Lynne, pick me up on the way with the chiken soup! Gosh, wouldn't it be nice if we could do that! :) I'm still going to look into a *Shapefit* Cruise!

Todays Workout

HIIT elliptical
3 intervals @ level 2 resistance
30 secs @ 15 - 13 mph 90 secs @ 4.5 mph
5 mins @ 2.7 mph
20 mins @ 4.5 mph HR low 160's

I'm assuming it is either my absence for 10 days from cardio, the fact my lungs r not completely healed OR this hideous antibiotic, that has made my heart rate so high..Have a great day everyone !
