You should have told him if he didn't stop being a dick, you'd use his dick to rack the spare plates on. Then he'd know what losing some feeling in part of his body really felt like I suspect :P.

Yes he continued ranting at me, from a ab machine..after he tampered with my plates, I told him of course I wasn't injured from it, I'm in shape..WELL that set him off on another tangent of abusive words..my 86 year old grandmother is in better shape than you, look at the flab on your stomach, all this from a middle aged bald man in orange shorts, using an AB machine, seriously thought he would pop a vein.First time in my life I KNEW there is no flab on my stomach, so I said " nice try " & walked away, he followed me spitting as he yelled show us your shape baby ! I just want to make sure the lunatic won't be tampering with my lifts in the future :)

I go to a small gym and during yesterday's workout there were to guys taking up two stations by doing a rep or two then talking to 5 minutes then doing a rep or two, talking 5 minutes and repeating as necessary. I thought maybe I should have offered them a deck of cards. Now, I see there are idiots in other gyms.

One time I did a boxercise class I got stuck with a guy who couldn't hold the pads properly. He then apologsed and said he'd been drinking the night before and may have been a bit hungover. Yeah smart move when you're doing stuff that involves boxing, to rock up with a hangover.

Now what will punching a bag or pads do for a hangover? Cure it, or make it feel worse? Answers on a postcard please. Note: This competition is only open to serious pissheads who like to workout  .

If you made him the punching bag would be beneficial, so he could get more sleep ? :)

That's against the law I think. May have been classed as non-sanctioned violence or either assault, ABH or GBH. So tempting though it might have been, I'd have had to pass.

As for that guy on the machine; it looks like either he's asleep, or he's about to get pumped with a massive amount of electrical current :P.

Tried free weights for tri & bi today, seemingly the tricep ones just made my elbows hurt at first.Gained .4 of a lb, though it is the wrong time to be weighing myself, that & I don't cheat so it can't be fat, my legs are now down to 20 inch's, glad to see they are shrinking finally.Loving my oatmeal day, tomorrow is day off, so no oatmeal OR fruit, kinda sucks eating nothing but meat & veggies but alas I'm keeping my eye on the goal, going to start taking the omega fats also, just to be on the safe side, I seriously HATE fish, it stinks & tastes bad, unless its in beer batter.Have a good day everyone :)

Alpha linlenic Acid, (Omega 3), partly converts to EPA and DHA anyway, so consuming is not necessary. Although Fish EPA and DHA would be in higher amounts in a gram for gram comparison, between Fish and other Omega foods like Nuts, Flax, Avocado, Peanuts etc etc, because they won't require the in vivo conversion, so little to no wasteage of the Omega Fat in Fish.

Fat Soluables are in most Fat sources anyway, although A is in Tomatos and E in Lettuce. Plus things like Magnesium and Calcium that are in Fish, are in things like Beans, Nuts, Rice etc etc, so Fish isn't very important for those, except that Halibut is the best Magnesium source, but it's a minor victory for Fish there, as opposed to Beans as an example.

So don't get hung up about Fish anyway.

Oh ok cool, then I can save money in regards to that supplement & just concentrate on the foods, I already eat almonds.Spent the afternoon at the beach yesterday, unfortunately I spent most of my thoughts on wishing I didn't have such nasty ab skin, as there were young people all around me.When I have a better career, I will have that skin dealt with, my mind is not capable of overriding the negative feelings associated with it.I must say though there is an absolute hot, nice smiling lifeguard on duty down there :)

Yeah I'll work it, tired of being single :) I think ?..So If a person ate " negative calorie foods " example eating rasberries, strawberries etc for breakfast instead of a banana, would I still derive the necessary energy needed ? I'd like to try asparagus, but have no idea how to cook it. I bought decaf tea yesterday, no thanks on that, rather do without completely
