thank you!
I had three slices of pizza today but i did have a salad at home and a meal replacement protein shake after my workout. Since i had three slices, when we had our class today (i like to call it boot camp Friday!) i went all in! once again we went outside! We jogged laps around the building(i was ahead of the pack!), lunges fwds and bkwds, suicides(which was awesome bc there was only one guy that showed up today and he looked like a runner, i some how kept up with him!), push ups, shoulder tap planks, line jumps back and forth and side to side, we sat in a chair position against the wall and passed the ball to one another, squats, shuffles....I think that was it for the last hr. Lol (i forgot to mention that class today was only about 8 people because they were fearful to be challenged as much as we were last Friday. lol hey, I'm paying for this in more ways than one, and all this will do is help make me healthier. wouldn't you want the challenge?)
I am determined to take care of this body and become my own success story! I want to be a rodel for my loved ones so they too will find the strength inside them to make a change. Not to mention I want to fit back into that little black sequence dress I wore 4yrs ago. Once I do, all my girls are goin clubbin to celebrate! I am planning to get there by the end of this summer. I will make it happen!
my relationship...i really hope that my boyfriend will see what i am doing and see how i am transforming and will start to get involved with me. i want nothing more than for him to be healthy too. it would be nice to do it along side one another but that will be his decision. He has never really been the out doors or gym type, but i hope that since he sees how my life style is changing and changing for the good, he will try to show interest in what i do as well.
i know it will be easier for him to control his diabetes and seeing how bad of health his dad is, i really hope its a wake up call for him. i have noticed him eat better when we have gone out together and i am so proud of him for making that first step.
