sorry to re-post in here but I relaized I put it in the wrong spot
I did squats,3x12 with 30lbs on each side
lunges(3x12 with a 5 on each side)
deep squats (no weights cause legs were getting tired)
did calves (3x12 150lbs total)
hammy's(3x12 100lbs)
chins(3x12 20lbs)
single legs press (on machine 3x12 100lbs each leg)
leg kick backs ( I don't know what their called but it was a machine that you stood up and placed your foot on a thing that slides behind you to work your legs and butt, I did 2x12 @ 70lbs)
sore, and I don't like stairs much today but not bad and I feel like I got a really good workout
