Wiggles probably doesn't believe you when you threaten her!

Holy bunny, Batman!
Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
I appreciate what you're saying Fygle. I don't necessarily disagree with people who hunt, I know someone who does, but it didn't change view of him when I found out. I just wasn't sure if you did or didn't.
Good to know you're on the side of sanity

Notice the heartshaped imprint with the birds footprints across it, fitting no?

Yeah, Fygle, we're giving it all to you. It's like a Max Sennett talkie production from the 1930's, but in 21st century, glorious technicolour .

Cardio day:
Was in a hurry today so I had to make the workout short but sweet. No ab work.
5 min warmup > 20 min HIIT > 5 min steady state.
Excellent autumn weather here these days. We've had ~62F and clear skies. Same time last year we had snow! I'm liking this a lot

Re: Fygle's road to mass gain
Used to do 100 inclined push-ups a day, resting our Palms on a boulder for upper body devlopment, then we used to get some rope and tie a boulder to ourselves and sprint with it, for 50 metres in the morning and again at night to buff the lower body up and boost Lung capacity .Fygle wrote:Didn't know you were about in the 30's, what were workout regimes like back then?Boss Man wrote:Yeah, Fygle, we're giving it all to you. That was in past life when I was Joe Weiders Dad. I taught that weight training rebel a lot of what he knew, before he left home to experiement with weight training theories of his own. Ungrateful wretch .
