I appreciate what you're saying Fygle. I don't necessarily disagree with people who hunt, I know someone who does, but it didn't change view of him when I found out. I just wasn't sure if you did or didn't.

Good to know you're on the side of sanity

Yeah, Fygle, we're giving it all to you. It's like a Max Sennett talkie production from the 1930's, but in 21st century, glorious technicolour .

Cardio day:

Was in a hurry today so I had to make the workout short but sweet. No ab work.

5 min warmup > 20 min HIIT > 5 min steady state.

Excellent autumn weather here these days. We've had ~62F and clear skies. Same time last year we had snow! I'm liking this a lot 8)

Didn't know you were about in the 30's, what were workout regimes like back then?

Used to do 100 inclined push-ups a day, resting our Palms on a boulder for upper body devlopment, then we used to get some rope and tie a boulder to ourselves and sprint with it, for 50 metres in the morning and again at night to buff the lower body up and boost Lung capacity .

That was in past life when I was Joe Weiders Dad. I taught that weight training rebel a lot of what he knew, before he left home to experiement with weight training theories of his own. Ungrateful wretch :P.
