Yep I started posting diet, but realized I don't need that to stay on course. Monday to Friday, at least, I eat pretty much the same every day.

Weights day:

Military press: 3x10 (43,5kg)

Pushups: 8x narrow > 9x mid > 10 wide (23kg backpack)

Squats: 10x3 (87,5kg)

Dips: 3x10 (35kg backpack)

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (58kg)

Hamstring curl: 3x10 (40kg)

Shrugs: 3x10 (62,5kg)

Flat bench: 10x3 (72,5kg)

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (58kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (16kg backpack)

Deads: 3x10 (97kg)

Barbell curls: 3x10 (34,5kg)
+Quad curl: 3x10 (60kg)

Standing triceps extensions: 3x10 (32,5kg)

Shrugs: 3x10 (62,5kg)

Cardio day:

12 min misc ab work > 10 min warmup > 15min HIIT > 10 min SS.

Military press: 10x3 (48,5kg) (Switched from 3x10 to 10x3 today. Up from 43,5 to 48,5kg)

Pushups: 9x narrow > 10x mid > 10 wide (23kg backpack)

Squats: 3x10 (72,5kg) (Switched from 10x3 to 3x10. Down from 87,5 to 72,5kg)

Dips: 3x10 (35kg backpack)

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (62,5kg)

Hamstring curl: 3x10 (42,5kg)

Starting to feel a slight pain in left shoulder on certain exercises, like upright rows and military presses etc. Really good workout today.

Rest day. Just chiming in to say that I've reached 82,5kg (181-182lb). 2,5 to go, before I start cutting (yawn) again. I'll add a progress pic this weekend. The downside to getting bigger...I've outgrown most of shirts.
