25 min jogging.

Wanna hear something funny? I lost 2-3 pounds over Christmas :P

Haha, I know it's old news but I just had to share: in Norway I had a pizza that was really different but very good, and I asked the person who ordered it what was on it. The answer - reindeer and celery! Only in Scandinavia do these ingredients come together and taste delicious. I would go back to eat in Bergen any day. Cheers!

I've still got a few kg to go before I start losing, so this wasn't part of the plan. But, I can't complain, Christmas was time off diet and workouts. I've eaten quite a lot less the last week or so because of a lower activity level.

Military press: 3x10 (45kg)

Pushups: 8x narrow > 9x mid > 10 wide (27,5kg backpack)

Squats: 3x10 (77,5kg)

Dips: 3x10 (37,5kg backpack)

Bent row normal grip: 10x3 (75kg)

Hamstring curl: 3x10 (43kg)

Flat bench: 3x10 (63kg )

Upright rows: 3x10 (40kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (17,5kg backpack)

Deads: 3x10 (97kg)

Barbell curls: 10x3 (41kg)

Quad extentions: 3x10 (60kg)
+Standing triceps extensions: 3x10 (36kg)

Shrugs: 3x10 (65kg)
