Haha - I guess you will just have to wait to see my befores-and-afters ;)

I think I will switch exclusively to tank tops and body-builder poses for everyday living... I can see it now.....

Rest of my day was spent throwing one of these. It's like a frisbee, only it flies a lot farther and faster.

The step counter on my cell ended up on 13000 steps. Amazing how much joy a piece of plastic can give.

Aerobees. They still make them eh.

Problem with those compared to Frisbees is, they can get snagged on Trees.

It's my favourite exercise :) Get to it! The mountain I usually bike up has a tractor trail with various degrees of hills and a few flats. Gives me a very high pulse, with a few small breaks inbetween. I always go for a new record. So far this year I'm 25 secs faster than last years best time, takes me about 23 mins to get to the top. "Summit" is about 370 meters above sea level. Not so much a mountain I guess, but yeah :)

Last few days has been very vacationey, with fairly crappy diet and no exercise. I've been dragged along to all sorts of parties and events, but I think I've deserved a small break from everyday routines. This Thursday I'm going on that 5 day kayak trip, so that should be a decent workout. Tomorrow I'm going to Sweeden for a short trip, hope to get back in time for either weights or a quick HIIT. Next Monday it's back to business as usual!
