Weights day:

Flat bench: 10x3 (72,5kg)

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (60kg)
+S.L. calve raise on edge: 3x10 (16kg backpack)

Deads: 3x10 (97kg)

Barbell curls: 3x10 (36kg)
+Quad curl: 3x10 (60kg)

Standing triceps extensions: 3x10 (32kg)

Cardio day:

12 min misc ab work > 10 min warmup > 15min HIIT > 10 min SS.

Weights day:

Military press: 10x3 (48,5kg) (Switched from 3x10 to 10x3 today. Up from 43,5 to 48,5kg)

Pushups: 9x narrow > 10x mid > 10 wide (23kg backpack)

Squats: 3x10 (72,5kg) (Switched from 10x3 to 3x10. Down from 87,5 to 72,5kg)

Dips: 3x10 (35kg backpack)

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (62,5kg)

Hamstring curl: 3x10 (42,5kg)

Starting to feel a slight pain in my left shoulder on certain exercises, like upright rows and military presses etc. Really good workout today.

Rest day. Just chiming in to say that I've reached 82,5kg (181-182lb). 2,5 to go, before I start cutting (yawn) again. I'll add a progress pic this weekend. The downside to getting bigger...I've outgrown most of my shirts.

So far, 10kg since last Christmas. I do have a bit of fat around my stomach that needs to go, but I don't really sweat it. This is something I've always kind of had.
