I like step ups too. :D I want to try upright rows - what muscles does that target specifically?

Shoulders and biceps mainly. One of my fave exercises :) I used a chair reaching right below my knees for steps, seemed like a good height. What do you you use?

At home I was doing them on my fireplace hearth. :D It's brick and comes to just below my knee. I haven't done them at the gym yet, but I need to start.

Weights day (upper):

Chinups: 10+10+9 (5kg backpack)

Flat bench: 5x5 (68,5kg)

Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (65kg)

Military press: 5x5 (50kg)

Bicep curls: 3x10 (35kg)

Deads: 3x10 (113,5kg)

Step-Ups: 3x10 (20kg)

Hamstring curl: 3x10 (40kg)
