I felt really good on today's run. The nagging little injuries are slowly going away. I was confident enough to push myself a little today without fearing hurting myself further. I had thought we would be doing 6 miles today, but it was another 5 miler. I felt really strong at the end and I think if there was another mile to go I could have picked it up more.
