If your Ankle rolls inwards you're pronating and if it rolls outwards you're supinating. some peoples ankles don't really do that at all, which means they're neutrals for want of a better term.

Then I am definitely a supinator - not sure if that is the correct term, it sounds like a Comic Hero or something

I have had a terrible cold the last couple of days :x (Becky, I am going to blame you   ) Anyway, no workout for two days. I am feeling a bit better today as long as I keep up with my cold meds, but I can feel it getting to my chest now, so I hope it doesn't get worse before it gets better.

It is around 60 degrees today (possibly warmer) and complete sunshine. Oh, how I wish I could be out there! I may attempt a walk/run tonight, but if I am not feeling better, I may keep it to a short walk, just to get out for some fresh air!

Still sick :( It has been a struggle to work - I may end up leaving this afternoon if I am not feeling better. I am guessing I just wore myself ragged over the last month or so and then when things slowed down for me my body caught up. Oh, well, I am just glad spring is on the way and the temps are warming up :D

Aww, how sweet of you Boss :D I have sure seen my share of those the last couple of days

I made it through my entire day of work, I actually felt better as the day went on. I am feeling pretty good right now, still a bit stuffy, but I feel good and that is all that matters :D I should be back at the workouts tomorrow, yay!
