fat back

Post by molson191 »

I am doing cardio (for all over fat/flab loss), including barbell bent over row, seated cable row, lat pulldowns, still back (especially area like 2-3" down from underarm) is a problem area. I am very broad shouldered so the extra inches really show.
Any suggestions?
Thanks much,
MSO

Completely agree with Lesplease - great info.

Also, continue to use compound multi-joint exercises - like you are - but incorporate it into a circruit style where an upper body exercise is followed immediately by a lower body exercise. This will trigger an additional cardiovascualr effect which will help you shed the flab sooner.

Regards, James.

Everyone has problem areas you just have to keep working on it. maybe add an extra set on those bent rows and lat pulls and increase the cardio a little bit or tighten up your diet. I'm sure its not as fat as when you first started it just takes time so keep working at it.
Cheers :D

Hi huys,..
Gym equipments are one of the most effective ways for losing fat generally and back rolls specifically. Upper and lower back are being handled carefully to get rid of extra pounds.
