I was wondering if you have any exercises you would recommend for a balance ball and plyometrics.
Right now, I have lost 20 pounds since june ( from 275 pounds to 255) just by changing my eating habits and by jogging 3 times a week.
I think I am ready to exercise more and I heard that plyometrics and a balance ball are great tools to get in shape.
Except I don't really know any good exercises for beginners.
