Hi, I'm a newbie when it comes to bodybuilding. I've been lifting for a year & a 1/2 now. I few weeks ago I started doing dumbell squat curls. So I started doing them & have noticed increased size but along w/ that have experienced elbow aches. Any idea what I might be doing wrong when it comes to this kind of curl. I've never had any problems w/ my elbow prior to initiating this exercise. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
