HELP WITH EXERCISE PLEASE

so its been a week since i started and ive exercised everyday and i had 1 day off yesterday cause of working.
my eating is great and exercise has been good so far. but today i tried to add more into my cardio routine and i just gave up.. it just makes me upset to think i couldnt do it.
i usually do cardio then a mixture of crunches, scissor kicks (exercise's thatll target my abs)
and today i tried something even harder and i failed :(
should i possibly get a personal trainer? or should i join some sort of class? cause its hard to motivate and push myself..
i know you mite say get a friend to join you, but all my friends live a fair way from me and i usually do my routines at home or go for runs around the neighbourhood
need ur opinionn. thankyou :)

Join a class - you meet like minded individuals and you can motivate each other. Of course a trainer could help, but I'm thinking classes would be best - good luck!
