i cant get rid of my bat wings! lmao. or my inner thighs. the muscle all over the rest of my limbs is strong but im having so much trouble with these areas. can anyone give me some advice on how to get rid of this?
if it is fat, you just have to lose fat, you can just pick a spot to lose, however if you need to firm up the muscle, focus on the triceps. Do diamond push ups, chair dip, arm extensions, tons of exercises.
