Just found this exercise..suitable for triceps.
Close Grip Bench Press:
Lie flat on the bench. Ensure that you keep your feet shoulder width apart and flat on the floor. Set straight your arms and lift the barbell off the rack. Position the barbell over your chest. Lower the barbell to your chest while keeping your upper arms close to your torso. Push the bar back up to the initial position without bouncing it off your chest.
