Hey there this is my first post as i am recently starting my transformation. Im just a little bit mythed at the moment as one of my main goals is to get nice looking arms, but all the effort i put into them i see little change, although my legs i think are quite nice. I would even say i have better legs then most of my friends who have been hitting the gym for years and maintain 6packs etc. I must be doing something wrong!
I think you have to put effort on both arms and legs. yeah i know that you have good legs and you want good looking arms with heavy muscles. but if you put little effort for you legs then whole body gonna be maintain in proper way and will look good.
