I am planing to burn around 500 calories a day because I heard that is healthy, anything more would be considered too much.. and anyways, I heard that 3500 calories burned equal to a pound of fat so walking every day for an hour would burn that much in a week? Is walking really that good as this site says it is? Thanks in advance!
