Is it a good way to lose weight by jumping on trampoline?

I like jump on 13ft round trampoline,i'm fat,i want to lose weight by trampoline,is it a good way? Is it the result obvious? :mrgreen:

It will help, but don't expect amazing results. You'd get better fat loss results altering your diet, compared to trampolining, so the diet should be a primary consideration, then do the trampolining if you wish, as a supplemental thing to assist in the weight loss process, but don't expect it to have a dramatic effect as it probably won't.

I'd say this is very *light* exercise. You don't really put much effort jumping and with low effort low results.

The intensity however can be increased by the user attempting moves, rather than just bouncing up and down.

This type of equipment therefore has the ability, like many other types of equipment, to vary how hard or vigourous, the user makes the exertion they undertake.
