Here is a work out that you can try out made by my personal trainer: http://www.zenphitness.com/articles/art ... 162894.htm
Also, a few things to remember:
- good job on mixing it up, that is the most important thing to get good results. You should keep that in mind when doing your gym 'routine', don't do the same things every time.
-circuits. set up 3 or 4 different exercises, whether they are machines or free weights, and do them with little or no rest in between each exercise. I would recommend cycling through 3-4 sets of each, 15-30 seconds of rest in between sets, 8-15 reps for each set. Then do it again with 3-4 more different exercises. Altogether you should not be working out like this for more than 45 min - an hour, especially if you are trying to shed fat. If you have any questions on the reasons for any of these things, or the science behind them, or just more information you can look at my site, or email email@example.com
