I don't know how to perform some exercises
I've been trying to search for "bent over rows" and "vertical flyes" which are body weighted, but I can't find anything conclusive. Can somebody tell me how to do them?

Vertical flyes are just like pec flyes, that you'd do on a bench, except you perform the exercises sitting upright.
Bent over rows bodyweighted, involve bent knees and a straight back tilted forwards around 45-60 degrees,
You stretch your arms to the floor without moving the legs or back and then pull the arms back unti you feel a slight squeezing sensation in your back, then you repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
