DUMBBELLS AND MEDICINE BALLS

Post by jadelola »

Hi,

I am 38 yrs old female and I want to lose weight and get into shape.
I do Zumba 3 times a week and want to also do weights (about 2kgs right now) for legs, arms and abs.
The weights I want to do alone from home. What equipment should I get?
Also, what is better dumbbells or medicine ball.
I think it's also important to work on balance.

Thanks
