Just wondering if decline and incline bench are really necessary. Im just trying to
Build more muscle and get toned. I already bench 2-3 a week. Should i worry about those two

They are not vital now. Incline just works the pec major and the decline works the pec minor, though both might encourage a residual effect on the lateral pecs.
If you are supplementing the benching with other stuff like crossovers, flyes, pec deck, arnolds, etc then you'll be okay.
The main thing is to just make sure that the work you do on the lats, traps and deltoids is adequate to maintain good posture and prevent imbalances.

I like using the incline/decline benches, and get a good stretch while incorporating both of them in to routine.
