i just want to know that doing 60 squats , bicep curls , situps enough a day ?
and should i take breaks between this days of exercise ?

In answer to your question, no not really, as you're just targeting mainly your quads, bicep and abs. You're not doing enough for your hamstrings, triceps, back, shoulders or chest and you're in danger of over training the parts you are working, by doing thme daily.
This would work better for you.
Squats, 2 sets 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets 10 reps
Good mornings, 2 sets 10 reps
Vertical flyes, 2 sets 10 reps
Bent over rows, 2 sets 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets 10 reps
Planks 30-45 seconds
Do this 3x a week every other day and that should be better for you.
