Can someone tell me unweighted biceps and triceps exercises?

Dips, extensions and bicep curls are some of the main ones.

Yes, because you're using the basic mechanical movement of your arm and then you're working the bicep using the weight of the forearm and hand.

it seems triceps are getting toned but i can't see difference on biceps. Any tips?

Well if you're doing bicep curls you're using the weight of the forearms and hands to work the biceps, whereas the dips use the weight of the upper body.

One alternative would be to work the biceps, by using the other arm as a weight, so for example you keep your right fist by your side in supinated position, then grip it with the left hand using a pronated grip.

You then tense the left arm and try to push it up using the right one, so as to get some resistance.

You do this for reps, then repeat with the other arm, pushing the right one up with the left one.

Hopefully that makes sense.
