HELP

Post by Andy »

They say to rest at least 24 hours before working a muscle group again. If I do back and hams today, can i do biceps and quads tomorrow? While back may have been the primary muscle group, biceps were secondary and getting a workout as well. Should I do all upper body (shoulders, chest, back, tri and biceps) one day and legs the next?

We're talking primary muscles though, so yes you should be fine. The secondary stimulation of a muscle is not as intense, so there should be less breakdown, and shorter recovery.
