Post by mrmyrtle »

Hey everyone,

I was hoping somebody could help me out with this machine Tech Rod . I am trying too come up with the best 3 times a week routine I can too acheive maxium fat loss while devoloping or not losing muscle.

If someone could help me break up the excersises in groups and tell me how many sets/reps I should do would be great help in getting started!

All excersises you can do with the machine is on the page. Thanks alot

in al honesty you could have spent half the cash got some free wts and then do 10 x better workouts...some of the exercvises are alright but most of them are rubbish..at best you'll need a bodyweight program if you don;t have any free wts coupled with some of those exercises...i couldn't look myself in the eye if i gave you a program based on that thing exclusively
