Wrist and Forearms

Im not satisfied with the size of wrist and forearms. How can i make them bigger (i have a limited supply of weights)?

forearms are mostly genetic, you'll struggle to get them bigger without wt

They are hard to increase the size like Swanso said. But you may be able to make a bit of a difference using dumbbells to do wrist curls. You can do the with palms up and with palms down. Just use caution and stop if you have wrist pain.

This is going to sound a bit controversial to say this to Sarah, but I used to do Wrist Curls, and I think they are honestly a crappy exercise.

I realised when I thought about how the Joint is affected by the weight right near it, because the Wrist Joint is very small.

The best thing I've found for stuff like thats is E-Z Bar Curls, Rveerse Wrist Curls etc etc. Most good Bicep exercises hit the Brachioradialis anyway.

Sorry Sarah, you know what I think of you, but I'd have to disagree on this occasion :).
